High School Golf Fitness Boot Camps
High school is a critical time period in the physical development of golfers. In our coaching of junior athletes we take an integrated approach, help set individual goals, monitor progress with functional screening and physical testing, and individualize their training within the group or team setting.
Open to individuals and teams, this program focuses on body prep, mobility, stability, strength and power.
Recommended frequency is-twice per week. One on-one training is also recommended once or twice per week. Sessions at Fitness By Design (96th & Ditch).
