Golf Performance Evaluation

A  3 part assessment evaluating how your physical capabilities impact golf swing motion.  The Big Twelve Functional Movement Screens are used to identify altered mobility and faulty stability patterns.  Physical testing will evaluate strength and power.  State of the art technology,  the Dynamic Balance System and K-Vest 3D Swing Motion technology are utilized to weight transfer and swing motion efficiency.

Technology Assessments

This tool provides customized strategies to address common game situations based on golfing personality.

Golf Performance Program

A complete golf health, fitness and performance program to improve joint range of motion, flexibility, balance, strength, power and endurance.   A customized treatment and performance program will be designed after completing the Golf Performance Evaluation.
