Tracy Chapman, one of a few golf professionals who is also a golf fitness trainer. She is an authorized and certified TPI Golf Fitness Professional, Golf Performance Coach and Junior Develoment Instructor.
An Indianapolis native, Tracy played competitive sports at an early age, excelling through dedication and practice. Tracy holds a BA in Business, Marketing from Indiana University, where she earned All-American Honors.
Post graduation, she turned pro joining the professional ranks and competed on various tours, playing all over the world.
Tracy transitioned from playing to teaching and coaching. In 2004, she became involved with the Titleist Performance Institute and golf fitness training. She has the opportunity to work with high school, college, competitive amateurs and professional golfers. Tracy continues to advance her profession and has recently been certified by TPI as a Junior Development Instructor. All of these experiences have given her a great appreciation the game of golf.
Tracy shares the opinions of many other sport science experts that golf instructors, coaches and trainers need to teach and develop all fundamental movement skills, fundamental sports skills, golf specific skills and most importantly continue to create a love for the game of golf.
